South Florida Youth Academy is a 30-bed residential treatment program located in South Florida, serving high-risk male youth ages 14 to 18 who require mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. Operated in partnership with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the program provides a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment where young men can heal, grow, and thrive.
Using a holistic, integrated treatment model, South Florida Youth Academy delivers individualized, evidence-based care that combines behavioral health treatment, academic instruction, vocational training, and pro-social skill development. Youth participate in individual, family, and group therapy, and receive case management, health and wellness support, education, and structured pro-social activities that foster positive relationships and personal growth.
